Brennan Consulting performed construction layout and monitoring for a 17 story, high end condominium project. We performed weekly deformation monitoring of adjacent properties including a railroad line.  We reviewed and cross referenced architectural and structural construction plans. Set vertical and horizontal control on site, conducted all as built surveys as requested, floor reference layout, and set benchmarks on each floor for vertical control.
