The Lexington High School project consists of an addition/renovation of the existing high school building to create a 508,000 gsf high school for 2,395 students. Brennan consulting performed the Traffic Impact Study (TIS) for the project and is providing construction administration services. The TIS includes analysis of the existing, no-build and build conditions for the intersections at Waltham Street/Worthen Road, Waltham Street/Massachusetts Avenue, Worthen Road/Massachusetts Avenue, Worthen Roan/Baskin Road, Worthen Road/Lincoln Street as well as the site driveways on Waltham Street, Worthen Road and Park Drive and includes recommendations to address impacts from the project.
