Brennan Consulting is providing civil/site design, traffic engineering, and land surveying services in support of the Joseph Campbell Elementary School project. The purpose of the project is to consolidate and replace the existing Joseph A. Campbell and Greenmont Avenue Elementary Schools with a single, modern facility designed to meet the needs of the growing student population in East Dracut, MA. Scope of work includes complete civil/site design, encompassing grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, and site access. A Traffic Impact Study (TIS) is being performed to evaluate current and projected traffic conditions, parking demand, and circulation patterns, with a focus on safety and efficiency. In addition, a comprehensive existing conditions and boundary survey is being carried out to support design and permitting.
