The 2 Harbor Street development project consisted of a nine-story, 420,630 square foot R&D lab and office building in Boston’s Seaport District. Located directly above the Ted Williams Tunnel and surrounded by active construction and heavy urban traffic, the site required exceptionally precise, coordinated, and resilient survey control to safely support construction activities.

Brennan Consulting was contracted to perform all the necessary construction survey tasks needed to complete this project including, setting control and bring into and up through the building, creating a baseline control plan, performing all needed as builts, completing a full boundary, foundation as built, flood plane certification and still doing monthly deformation monitoring that continued through June 2025.
