Brennan Consulting performed civil/site/traffic/survey permitting and engineering for a 50-unit apartment complex.  A boundary, existing conditions, utility and As-built survey for BWSC were completed.  Obtained BRA, PIC, BTD and BWSC permits, and developed construction documents from permitting plans. The site has been constructed and is occupied.
