75 Braintree Street
Brennan Consulting is performing civil/site/survey permitting and engineering for a mixed use development project on a 52,258 sf parcel located between Braintree Street and the Massachusetts Turnpike. An ALTA, boundary and existing conditions survey including utilities for the BWSC permit process were completed. The development is an 80-unit apartment complex with commercial space and 67 parking spaces in an underground parking facility. We are coordinating with the PIC, and BWSC to obtain permits. Construction documents will be derived from the permitting plans.
