Brennan Consulting performed site design and storm water management design of a 38.0-acre site for a new church and parish center off Meetinghouse Road and Service Road.  Service roadways were designed to accommodate the increased traffic. The project required extensive site and roadway access design, and,  storm water design including new catch basins, manholes, drainage piping and numerous detention/retention basins.  The use of best management practices (BMP’s) were incorporated and percent total suspended solids (TSS) were calculated.  Local and state permits were acquired.
