Brennan Consulting analyzed the street network surrounding the Manchester-Essex High/Middle School site located on Lincoln Street and the Access/Egress connections.  The analysis studied the access and egress issues specifically regarding the safe and orderly flow of vehicular and pedestrian movements during the morning and afternoon peak periods. The Study included analysis of traffic volumes, roadway and intersection capacities, Right of Way and property issues, and geometric conditions including maximum grades, sight distance, etc
