Brennan Consulting performs survey services for the new 350,960-square foot MBTA Quincy Bus Maintenance Facility. The new facility is designed to store and maintain up to 135 buses. Brennan started the project by performing an Existing Conditions with Boundary Survey utilizing Photogrammetry to tie into control, Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) for an in-depth utility investigation and on the ground field crew.  Brennan also performed a full documented report including video and pictures on all surrounding building foundations for insurance requirements. After these tasks were completed, Brennan started performing all construction survey tasks, including setting control, benchmarks, running traverses, and all as-builts as needed. Work is ongoing.
