Brennan Consulting performed construction layout of this 85.5 million dollar school reconstruction project of the MLK School. Set site control, baseline and laid out excavation limits, and building corners. Performed weekly deformation monitoring of adjacent properties and other features. Additionally laid out site features as directed including geothermal wells, curbs, edge of pavement, drainage structures and subsurface systems.
