Brennan Consulting designed the site of an Emergency Facility Services (EFS) building on a constrained parcel with minimal site lines and a school in close proximity.  Services included, site concept layout and design, utility services including pump designs, surveying, permitting (local, state and environmental) and an access/egress study for the school.  An adjacent parcel was also designed for public parking.  Turning radius constraints were considered due to the sites limited buildable land and the busy street the emergency vehicles would be accessing in an aggressive state.
