Brennan Consulting developed existing conditions survey at 1” = 20’ accuracy with 1 foot contour intervals.  The area surveyed was approximately 50 acres.  The survey included roadway and land mapping of over 14,000 linear feet of streets.  GPS control was utilized for aerial mapping which was combined with field survey to obtain high accuracy mapping.  An existing conditions survey plan was developed utilizing the latest AutoCAD software.  Street ROW was determined and boundary reconciliation of over 200 parcels was determined for the extensive number of easements required.  The survey was fast tracked being performed in accordance with the Town of Canton technical requirements
