Brennan Consulting is performing civil/site/survey permitting and engineering for a mixed use 36-unit apartment complex with retail on the first floor.  A boundary and existing conditions survey including utilities for the BWSC permit have been completed.  We are coordinating with the BRA, PIC, and BWSC to obtain permits. Construction documents will be derived from the permitting plans.
