Brennan Consulting performed an existing condition and Right of Way (ROW) route survey for 4,500 LF of roadway to facilitate the design of a sewer main. The project included two large parcel surveys for pump stations and ancillary facilities.   The survey was performed at 1” = 40’ scale with one foot contour intervals.  ROW, boundary and utility research, field work and calculations were performed.  Temporary benchmarks were set. Wetlands were delineated and located.  The survey was performed and the base maps developed in MassDOT standards and performed in NAVD ’88 and NAD ’83 datums.
