Laureen Poulakis

PRESIDENT

Through over 20 years of experience as an Executive Vice President for a leading New York City based International import manufacturer, Laureen Poulakis acquired the necessary knowledge and business tools needed to develop and grow her Engineering and Surveying firm into one of the most respected companies in Massachusetts. Her experience with Domestic and International Contract Negotiations, setting quality control standards and management of an extensive staff of professionals have prepared her with the qualities needed to start her own company. Since her relocation from NYC to Massachusetts in 2001 starting her own firm was always the main goal. Laureen is involved in every aspect of her company and is “hands on” in the development of strong business relationships with clients.

Laureen is intimately involved with all aspects of the business including: review and approval all project proposals, financial management, day to day operations, oversight and the management of all projects. She diligently works hard at ensuring customer satisfaction and is always looking at ways to develop & improve procedures and methods to ensure Brennan delivers a high quality of product & service that exceeds industry standards. With her experience in the Civil and Land Surveying industry, Laureen has a strong belief that her employees are the backbone of Brennan Consulting. Christopher Emilius, P.E.

PRINCIPAL

Mr. Emilius has over 35 years of professional engineering experience serving as Principal in charge for a wide range of site development, drainage analysis, storm water management designs, utility designs/relocation, transportation and surveying projects throughout New England and the tri-state, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania areas. He has been involved through the permitting, preliminary, and final design phases of various civil engineering projects, concentrating on the areas of site studies/designs, stormwater management systems, surveying, utilities, highway, intersection and interchange. A registered professional engineer in Massachusetts, New Hamphsire, Maine, Rhode Island, Conneticut, New York and New Jersey, Mr. Emilius maintains affiliations with the American Society of Civil Engineers, Institute of Transportation Engineers, Boston Society of Civil Engineers, American Planning Association and the Society of American Military Engineers.
