Brennan Consulting performed an existing condition and Right of Way (ROW) survey including topography with 1 ft contour intervals, utilities, site features such as sidewalks, significant trees and structures. The boundary survey included research at the Registry of Deeds, Land Court, and City Hall. Each leg of the property line included bearing and distance and monumentation was provided at every angle point. Utilities were researched and field located providing inverts, pipe size, material and flow direction. The survey was performed in horizontal and vertical datums NAD ’83 and NAVD ’88, respectively
